Who Should Apply: Current master’s or doctoral students or recent graduates in political science, psychology, sociology, public policy, or related fields.
What You’ll Do:

- Conduct literature reviews and compile research to inform LGBTQ+ policy recommendations
- Analyze the Municipal Equality Index (MEI) across 65 municipalities in Miami-Dade and Broward counties
- Draft research briefs, summaries, and public-facing materials
- Contribute to the SAVE History Project and help develop the “Story Booth” initiative
- Monitor legislation and participate in deep canvassing for grassroots outreach

- Help constituents connect with local and state elected officials
- Assist with advocacy trips and SAVE History Project digitization
