Our Work and the Fight for Full LGBTQ+ Equality
SAVE is recognized as South Florida's longest serving organization dedicated to promoting, protecting, and defending people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) against discrimination.
Since 1993, SAVE and its education arm, the SAVE Foundation, have raised awareness about rights and protections for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. We accomplish our work primarily through grassroots action which empowers members of the community to take leadership roles in advocating for themselves and their community.
