Building and turning out a pro-equality voter base has helped SAVE mobilize our community to take action at the ballot box for over 30 years. But the rules of voter registration, and the cancellation of vote-by-mail requests after each election cycle have made it hard to keep up. Making issues worse, are the restrictions placed on third-party organizations that have worked on registering new voters. Most organizations have simply stopped.

In order to be successful, we need to build. From registering new voters and knocking on doors to producing Miami-Dade’s only Pro-Equality Voter Guide, our work ensures that LGBTQ+ voices are heard and represented where it matters most. Every registration counts. Every conversation matters. Together, we must defend equality and elect champions who stand with us.
